All our prints utilize Archival Inks and Paper, meticulously handcrafted right here in the USA.

For Gallery Standard Prints, enjoy 2″ white borders on all sides, facilitating easier matting.

Acrylic Prints include an Aluminum French Cleat, wall anchors, and screws for easy hanging. Instead of directly infusing the inks onto the acrylic, we utilize the Face-Mount Method. This technique maximizes the enduring qualities of Archival Inks and Paper, securing the artwork onto the acrylic glass. This, in conjunction with the dibond backing, ensures not only a superior representation of the artwork but also enhances its longevity.

Shipping

Each print is crafted-to-order specifically for you. While the following are estimates and subject to availability, order processing times can take 1-3 business days, and production times typically range from 5-10 business days. Following production, shipping times generally take around 5 business days, depending on your provided address. Please anticipate possible delays during holiday seasons.

Please keep in mind that complimentary shipping is only for domestic orders here in the United States. If you are ordering internationally, please include in our contact-form your postal-code, city, country, as well as the dimensions, quantity and material for the artwork you’re interested in, and then we’ll be able to provide you a quote.

If you’re looking for a different set of dimensions than the ones provided, please email support@cloudarcanum.com or submit a contact-form and we can give you a price-estimate before confirming. Also note that the dimensions must maintain the same aspect-ratio (typically 9:16 for most of my work).

Returns

Because each print is crafted-to-order specifically for you, do understand that I cannot be held responsible for the following:

  • Spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors when filling out the shipping address.
  • Errors in selected options such as artwork, material, quantity, dimensions, etc.
  • Damage to your print unrelated to transit/delivery (such as dropping your print).

It is always best to review your order before placing it.

With that said, any mistake on our part will be made right by either an exact replacement, with shipping-to-you covered, or by providing you with a refund. To file a claim, we require that you inspect the packaging as well as the contents of your order as soon as it arrives, and to send photos and videos of both to support@cloudarcanum.com within 10 calendar-days of receiving your print. If more than 10 calendar-days elapses, we will deem that the order has been accepted and has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications. If such a claim has been submitted, you must keep all original packaging and contents until the claim has been resolved.

If, on the other hand, you are truly unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return your order, please ensure that the artwork is in immaculate condition, free from damage, and with all original packaging or protective materials intact. To initiate a return, please email us at support@cloudarcanum.com for a RMA, or submit a request via our contact-form. Returns without a RMA will not be refunded. Do note that you will be responsible for return shipping; and the shipping charges (if applicable such as for international orders) are non-refundable. We would also advise to return your item with insurance and tracking as we are not liable for artwork lost in transit. After a thorough inspection of your returned item, we will issue a full or partial refund based on its condition.

Requests suspected of abusing our policies will be refused.

Exchanges

For exchanges, artworks must be in immaculate condition, free from damage, and with all original packaging or protective materials intact. To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@cloudarcanum.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), or submit a request via our contact-form. Exchanges without an RMA will not be processed. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping charges (if applicable, such as for international orders) are non-refundable. We advise returning your item with insurance and tracking, as we are not liable for artwork lost in transit. Your newly requested item will be shipped once we have carefully inspected the return and approved its condition.

Requests suspected of abusing our policies will be refused.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please submit a contact-form or email support@cloudarcanum.com. There is no way to cancel an order on your own. We do our best to begin production as soon as we can, in order to shorten the time customers can receive their orders; but if we get your request for cancellation before production starts, we can issue a refund but with a minimum 5% cancellation fee. If your request to cancel after production has started, we will refund you a percentage of the order based on where it was cancelled in the production process.

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Warranty

Although we use archival inks and paper so colors and details can last for decades, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we’ve provided two parts to our Guarantee, applicable only to the original owner:

(I)

For the first 6 months from the date of delivery of the artwork to the address provided, all Cloud Arcanum Imageworks prints are fully warrantied against material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. Cloud Arcanum Imageworks’ options will be to either repair, correct or replace without charge, or refund the purchase price paid for the defective product.

Cloud Arcanum Imageworks will not honor this warranty in cases of negligence, abuse, abnormal usage, misuse, accidents and alterations of the products, failure to follow care and storage instructions, fraud, intentional damage, or any other actions that go against the normal and intended use of the products. This warranty is designed to cover genuine defects and issues under regular and proper use.

(II)

If, after the initial 6-month period, or if the item is not defective but becomes damaged in any way, Cloud Arcanum Imageworks will offer replacements for 50% off the current purchase price (with free shipping included for domestic orders), upon the return of the damaged artwork. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the individual who files the claim; tracking and insurance is advised. Cloud Arcanum Imageworks will not be responsible for damaged artwork lost during the return transit.

Every replacement as described in Section (II) will be warrantied under Section (I).

Limitations of Liability

Cloud Arcanum Imageworks will not be responsible for any obligations or liabilities beyond those explicitly stated in our warranty policy and terms & conditions. This includes damages resulting from breach of contract or warranty, negligence, or other legal theories, related to our products, services, or actions.

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our products or services. This includes damages from personal injury, bodily harm, or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from the buyer’s use, handling, possession, or access to any product or service of Cloud Arcanum Imageworks.

While we strive for accuracy, Cloud Arcanum Imageworks cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the content available on or through our service. We do not accept responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the provided content. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except as outlined in our warranty policy.
