Ordering & Shipping Quotes
To place an order for prints, a shipping quote must be requested through checkout, which you will receive via email.
Once you accept the shipping quote, you will receive another email with a link to return to checkout where you can finish placing your order.
Please note, you will not be charged, until the shipping quote has been approved by us and you complete your order.
If you’re looking for custom dimensions or materials not listed, please email support@cloudarcanum.com or submit a contact-form with the artwork you’re interested in, and we can give you a price-estimate and availability before confirming. Please note that the dimensions must maintain the same aspect-ratio.
For international orders, contact us with your postal-code, city, country, as well as the dimensions, quantity, and material for the artwork you’re interested in. If we’re able to ship the requested item(s) to your address, then we’ll be able to provide you a quote.
Shipping
The following are estimates and subject to availability:
Order processing: 1-3 business days
Production: 10 business days
Shipping: 2-7 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday and excludes holidays.
Please anticipate possible delays during holiday seasons.
Cancellations
Once your order has been processed, production could start the same day.
If we have not yet begun production on your order, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
If your order is already in production, we will charge you a 20% restocking fee on the portion of your order that has already been completed.
If your order has already been completed or shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
To request a cancellation of your order, please submit a contact-form or email support@cloudarcanum.com.
Returns & Refunds
We will replace any print that is defective or damaged on arrival, free of charge. Just submit a contact-form or email support@cloudarcanum.com no later than 10 calendar days of delivery and be sure to retain the original box and packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.
As we file a claim with our print lab or shipping provider, we will keep you updated and work to get a replacement print sent out to you.
Outside of this, due to the custom-made nature of each art print, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on completed prints.
