These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of art prints (“Prints”) by Cloud Arcanum Imageworks (also referred to as “Cloud Arcanum” and “cloudxarcanum”) to you, the customer. By placing an order for Prints, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

To place an order for prints, a shipping quote must be requested through checkout, which you will receive via email.

Once you accept the shipping quote, you will receive another email with a link to return to checkout where you can finish placing your order.

Please note, you will not be charged, until the shipping quote has been approved by us and you complete your order.

If you’re looking for custom dimensions or materials not listed, please email support@cloudarcanum.com or submit a contact-form with the artwork you’re interested in, and we can give you a price-estimate and availability before confirming. Please note that the dimensions must maintain the same aspect-ratio.

For international orders, contact us with your postal-code, city, country, as well as the dimensions, quantity, and material for the artwork you’re interested in. If we’re able to ship the requested item(s) to your address, then we’ll be able to provide you a quote.

The prices of Prints are as stated on the product pages of our website or as provided to you upon inquiry. We utilize Stripe as our payment processor.

The following are estimates and subject to availability:

Order processing: 1-3 business days
Production: 10 business days
Shipping: 2-7 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday and excludes holidays.

Please anticipate possible delays during holiday seasons.

Once your order has been processed, production could start the same day.

If we have not yet begun production on your order, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

If your order is already in production, we will charge you a 20% restocking fee on the portion of your order that has already been completed.

If your order has already been completed or shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

To request a cancellation of your order, please submit a contact-form or email support@cloudarcanum.com.

We will replace any print that is defective or damaged on arrival, free of charge. Just submit a contact-form or email support@cloudarcanum.com no later than 10 calendar days of delivery and be sure to retain the original box and packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.

As we file a claim with our print lab or shipping provider, we will keep you updated and work to get a replacement print sent out to you.

Outside of this, due to the custom-made nature of each art print, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on completed prints.

Cloud Arcanum Imageworks will not be responsible for any obligations or liabilities beyond those explicitly stated in our terms & conditions. This includes damages resulting from breach of contract, negligence, or other legal theories, related to our products, services, or actions.

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our products or services. This includes damages from personal injury, bodily harm, or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from the buyer’s use, handling, possession, or access to any product or service of Cloud Arcanum Imageworks.

While we strive for accuracy, Cloud Arcanum Imageworks cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the content available on or through our service. We do not accept responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the provided content. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except as outlined in our warranty policy.

Andrew Stanley and Cloud Arcanum Imageworks retains all intellectual property rights in the Prints, including but not limited to copyright and reproduction rights.

By purchasing Prints, you acquire only the physical item and do not acquire any rights to reproduce, distribute, or display the artwork for commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
