These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of art prints (“Prints”) by Cloud Arcanum Imageworks (also referred to as “Cloud Arcanum” and “cloudxarcanum”) to you, the customer. By placing an order for Prints, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

To place an order for Prints, you must complete the order form on the product pages of our website. By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. All orders are subject to acceptance by Cloud Arcanum Imageworks, which will be confirmed by email.

The prices of Prints are as stated on the product pages of our website or as provided to you upon inquiry. We utilize Stripe as our payment processor.

The following are estimates and subject to availability:

Order processing: 1-3 business days
Production: 10 business days
Shipping: 2-7 business days

Multiple, or larger-sized orders will need to be custom quoted for “Freight” shipping.

Business days are Monday through Friday and excludes holidays.

Please anticipate possible delays during holiday seasons.

For international orders, please include in our contact-form your postal-code, city, country, as well as the dimensions, quantity and material for the artwork you’re interested in, and if we are able to ship it to your address, then we’ll be able to provide you a quote.

If you’re looking for a different set of dimensions than the ones provided, please email support@cloudarcanum.com or submit a contact-form and we can give you a price-estimate before confirming. Also note that the dimensions must maintain the same aspect-ratio.

Once your order has been processed, production could start the same day. If we process your cancellation before production of your order begins, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Depending on where your order is in the production process, we will refund you a percentage of your purchase.

If your order has already been completed or shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

If you need to cancel, please submit a contact-form or email support@cloudarcanum.com.

Due to each art print being custom-made, we do not accept returns.

For prints that arrive defective or damaged, please submit a contact-form or email support@cloudarcanum.com within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will replace them free of charge.

Cloud Arcanum Imageworks will not be responsible for any obligations or liabilities beyond those explicitly stated in our terms & conditions. This includes damages resulting from breach of contract, negligence, or other legal theories, related to our products, services, or actions.

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our products or services. This includes damages from personal injury, bodily harm, or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from the buyer’s use, handling, possession, or access to any product or service of Cloud Arcanum Imageworks.

While we strive for accuracy, Cloud Arcanum Imageworks cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the content available on or through our service. We do not accept responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the provided content. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except as outlined in our warranty policy.

Andrew Stanley and Cloud Arcanum Imageworks retains all intellectual property rights in the Prints, including but not limited to copyright and reproduction rights.

By purchasing Prints, you acquire only the physical item and do not acquire any rights to reproduce, distribute, or display the artwork for commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
